Yoga and Meditation for Beginners is an introductory course into the wonderful practice of classical yoga and meditation.
Each class is different, but at the same time linked to the previous one - so we will work systematically and progressively.
Classes are taught in easily understood English.
You will encounter: Yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation, concentration exercises and meditation. We will start with easy movements and over the weeks we will move into the more advanced yoga postures. You will learn the meditation practices step-by-step, so by the end of the course you will have the tools to practice at home yourself if you want
Practical: This class is taught at the school and also online. The teacher will have a computer in the room and will teach both those of you in the room and those of you at home.
We have yoga mattresses and blankets in the room.
